1. Who we are

The platform is operated by Pure Gold Services Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, an Indian resident, and able to enter a contract. One account per person and per mobile number.

3. Nature of the product

Digital gold offered here is not a SEBI-regulated product and is not a Gold ETF, an Electronic Gold Receipt or a commodity derivative. It is a purchase of gold held with the provider's custodian. Gold prices can rise or fall.

4. Your account and security

Keep your mobile number, OTPs and MPIN private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Savings, payments and mandates

Automated savings run through a UPI AutoPay mandate you authorise. You can pause or cancel a plan at any time. Failed payments are retried per the schedule shown in the app; no gold is credited without a successful payment.

6. Rates, charges and taxes

Buy and sell rates include our spread. Applicable taxes and any charges are disclosed before you confirm a transaction.

7. Selling, withdrawal and delivery

You may sell your holding at the prevailing sell rate and withdraw to a verified bank account or UPI ID. Physical delivery is subject to minimum quantity, product availability, and delivery charges shown at the time of the order.

8. Suspension

We may suspend an account for suspected fraud, regulatory requirements or a breach of these terms, and will tell you the reason where we are permitted to.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app and by message.
