Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
Draft for review. This policy is being finalised with our legal advisors before launch.
What we collect
Name, mobile number, email, address, date of birth, KYC information (PAN, Aadhaar-based verification results), bank or UPI details for payouts, transaction records, device and log information.
Why we collect it
To create and secure your account, to run your savings and gold transactions, to meet KYC, AML and tax obligations, to provide support, and to improve the service. We rely on your consent, and on legal obligations where they apply.
Consent
We record your consent with its version, the date and time, and the device it came from, as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time from your profile; withdrawing consent needed to operate the account may mean we cannot continue to provide the service.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with our gold provider, payment gateway, KYC provider, delivery partner and jewellery partner for the transaction you asked for, and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your personal data.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Sensitive fields such as bank account numbers are encrypted at rest. Access by our staff is role-based and every action on an account is written to an audit trail.
Retention
We keep records for as long as your account is active and for the period required by tax and AML rules after that.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion where the law allows. Raise the request from the contact page using your registered mobile number.
